President Jonathan leaves for Germany

According to Presidential spokesman, Reuben Abati, “President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan will leave Abuja early Friday on a private visit to Germany. The President will be accompanied on the trip by some of his principal aides. He is expected back in Abuja early next week.”

As the trip has come so abruptly, isn’t part of the official schedule, and isn’t followed by the normal retinue of aides, ministers etc, some media organisations speculate that the trip is health related.

Nigeria is the country we can call ours, we must embrace the centripetal forces, ethnic and religious aggression cannot build the Nigeria of our dream. the partisan politicians, religious and traditional leaders should recognize and inculcate ethical values in their followers. Crises hampers development.
